How can I see my On Premise Gateway from outside my network?

If you would like to see your QXOP on-premises gateway from outside the local network, you will need to setup the following.

1. Be sure that the ethernet connecting to the outside world (internet) is using the WAN port on the Gateway.
2. Ensure that the router's public-side TCP port 20824 and 20825 is forwarded to to the gateway's local/private IP. 
   1. If possible on your router forward 20824 directly to 443 on the Gateway's IP.  This avoids the legwork of port translation at the Gateway.
   2. Please refer to your router's manual for configuration assistance. The website www.portforward.com is another good online reference. 

Once you have the port forwarded you will need to use a different public url to connect to your system.  It will be https://qxXXXXXX-pub.qumulex.io:20824 where the X's are your unique identifying url for the on prem link already in existence.
