Changing Rosslare Keypad Transmission Format

When connecting a Rosslare Key/Pin Pad / Reader to Qumulex you will need to modify the Transmission format.  It defaults to a proprietary method that is not readable by Qumulex directly.  

To make it compatible with Qumulex,  perform  the following steps after the Keypad is wired and powered. 

1. Press the "#" key 4 times to enter programming mode (Left LED will turn off and Right LED will turn red)
2. Enter the 4-digit programming code (default is 1234).  If valid code is entered,  the right light turns green. 
3. Press the "1" key to program the PIN transmission format
4. Press the 9 Key to set the Transmission to Weigand 4bit
5. The keypad will automatically go back to Idle mode

To enter your PIN key in a valid PIN and then hit the "#" button to complete the request.
