There should be very few situations aside from troubleshooting with technical support that would need this. However if you are in a situation where you need to "Force iOS Player" here are the steps to complete.
1. Launch the Qumulex interface and click on settings just above your login name.
2. Then click Advanced on the right hand side
4. Scroll down until you find Force iOS Player and check the box next to it.
5. This setting will take effect immediately.
