How to setup Lockdown Immunity for Users / Doors

Steps to enable lockdown immunity, allowing privileged users access through doors while standard cardholders are restricted. (Mercury Deployments Only)

Step 1: Identify and Modify Doors for Lockdown Immunity

Navigate to the Doors Page, edit the door that Lockdown Immunity will be enable on. Toggle the selection ON. 

Once Lockdown Immunity is toggled on, scroll to the bottom of the page and Save Door. 

Step 2: Identify and Modify Users to enable Lockdown Immunity

From the People Page, Select and Edit the users that will have lock down immunity. (The Doors must be enabled as well) If either part of the configuration is missing this will result in an access denied during lockdown. Scroll Down and Click Save Person. 

Once saved a message pops up confirming the user is enabled for Lockdown Passthrough.

Users who attempt to access the door without lockdown immunity, during a lockdown will be Denied Access. In a Activity Report you will see messaging for AccessDenied(NotPermittedAtThisTime), for a User who has Lockdown Passthrough Enabled and the door is configured for Lockdown Immunity ill process as an AccessGranted Event.
