On card swipe, QxControl events show a number, not the person's name.

1. First, check to be sure the door does not need to be updated. You should see an orange triangle on the door if this is the case.
   1. Navigate to the doors page.
   2. Click Actions, and then Update Modified
   3. (this can also be done on a per-door basis if needed)
2. If the number is particularly large you should verify that your Data Wires are not reversed on the reader.
3. The Wiegand format may not be one of our default compatible formats
4. Site code, card code, or group may not be configured under the cardholder
