If your Smart TV has a browser option the QxControl can be navigated to. However most Smart TV's are not equipped to view multiple high resolution streams of the kind used for surveillance from a processing standpoint. It is also very unlikely that TV's will support saving as a PWA, which is a preferable interface for non desktop usage.
The Ideal way to use a large TV with QxControl would be to attach a Computer of some sort, perhaps a micropc or macmini, to the TV so CPU/GPU processing is being done by the computer and not the TV.
